Customers may choose to pay in full or secure date with a 50% deposit. Customers may also have the option to use Shop Pay Installments at checkout.

Remaining Balance: For customers who choose the 50% deposit option, the remaining balance is due prior to your event date. No remaining balance is due when the package is paid in full.

Refund Policy/Cancellation:

* 15-29 days prior: 25% of deposit refunded

* 7-14 days prior: deposit is non-refundable

Rescheduling: We do offer rescheduling. We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure your preferred date and allow enough time to perfect your proposal experience.

Setup/Take Down: Included.

How far in advance should I book? The earlier, the better! We recommend nooking at least 7 days in advance to ensure we have enough time to provide quality service.

Do you travel? Yes! we travel throughtout Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia

How long does setup take? Depending on the package, we would like to give a 2-hour set up window. Setup may be completed sooner, typically within 1.5 hours.

What happens if it rains or weather changes? We understand that weather can be unpredictable. For outdoor proposals we monitor the forecast leading up to your scheduled event and communicate with you if weather may affect the experience. rain/mild weather generally will not require cancellation. If severe weather- heavy rain, thunderstorms, high winds, flooding or unsafe conditions - we may recommend rescheduling we will work with you to select an alternate date.
